Mr. Prime Beef is seeking a friendly Cashier/Customer Service Representative to help serve customers and answer customer questions at our South Anchorage location.

We are currently recruiting for full time meat grinders/sausage makers. We have 2 positions open. One shift is Monday thru Friday, 7am-330pm. The other is Tuesday thru Saturday, 7am-330pm. This team is responsible for daily ground beef for retail and wholesale customers, making our own sausages (some smoked, some not) and keeping track of inventory. We will train the right candidates to use our recipes and formulas for grind, sausage making and using our industrial smoke house. There will also be light maintenance on some machines. Successful candidates should be able to lift up to 60 pounds consistently. Any experience in the food industry will be helpful. We are a USDA inspected facility. Food handler cards will be necessary within 30 days of hire. Salary starts at $16.00 per hour for entry level. Benefits are available after 90 days full time employment.
